The museum is organized in the house of the composer's father, Costache Enescu, where George Enescu lived for nine years and it has two rooms. The collection includes personal belongings to the composer George Enescu (1881 - 1955): furniture, the violin, scores, musical manuscripts (including the Oedipus opera and Enescu's will), photographs and photocopies, original letters, books, paintings, posters, medals, his mortuary mask, clothes and awards.
