The museum holds: an archaeological collection (Neolithic pottery, Bronze Age pottery, silex, bone, stone and bronze tools), books, photographs of institutions and monuments (photographs of generations of the pupils from the four secondary schools during the interwar period), an art collection (works of art signed by Ion Diaconescu, Vasile Melica, Karol Storck, the Nicodim family; the stone sculpture "Solar Clock" - 1875), diplomas and military ranks, original documents (including those on Costache Negri - a diplomat, unionist and close friend of Al. I. Cuza), the "Outstanding People" collection, a numismatic collection (over 400 pieces), weaponry and munition from World... War I (discovered on the Cosna - Magura - Ciresoaia battlefield line), and an ethnographic collection.
