The exhibits include mediaeval religious art items: Orthodox icons (a collection representative for the "Buzău House Painters School", established by Nicolae Teodorescu Pitarul, Gheorghe Tattarescu’s uncle, by 1852), rare books, church doors, candlesticks, crutches, mitres, garments, crosses, beads, allegorical paintings.
