The museum offers the opportunity to discover the interior of a Bucharest bourgeois house, with their unique phenomenon: the meeting between the French and the Oriental-Ottoman style. In addition, one can admire the rich collection, made up of more than 1000 landmarks, which reflect the fashion of the time and the rites of domestic life. The ensemble faithfully captures the mood in cosmopolitan Bucharest between the two World Wars and the private life of the Bucharest residents of that period.
