The collections include personal belongings, suits, desk objects, pieces of furniture, documents, photographs, letters regarding the life and activity of Romanian diplomat Nicolae Titulescu (1882 - 1941). Since the 24th of February 2000 it has been a Department of the Olt County Museum. In 2011 is under the Romanian Academy.
